After the girls enjoyed their gifts from Santa, we moved on to Round 2. Nanny/Pop Pop and Kathy/Jim arrived with TONS more. There wasn't one single space left under the tree. We were going to have lunch and then upwrap gifts. Our plans changed just a bit! We ended up opening ALL of the gifts and eating lunch around 2:00. We were all starving!
It was a great Christmas Day with our wonderful family. Kamdyn and Karcie are big on the gifts because they are little, but rather they realize it or not, I think they enjoy spending time with everyone more so than the gifts. I know that I certainly do! Christmas is the busiest time of the year, but it is also the most wonderful time of the year. Family, family, family......that's what it's all about! We are thankful to have such a grand one!
