Clemson Friends

One of my favorite things about going "home" to Upstate SC for the holidays is the fact that we have so many great friends there.  Patrick and Carly invited all of us over to watch the Clemson/Carolina game.  We had a great time prior to the game!  Our fun ended around about the 4th quarter.  I'm still looking for a baseball bat to destroy that silly projector with!!  ;)

I love this group.  They are always fun!  It's a group that you can be yourself with at all times.  Silly, happy, mad, whatever....anything goes!  Right, Carrie?  I'm looking at you!  See photos below!  :)
Pre-Game Chat!

Getting the projector and TV set up.

Patrick was test driving my camera.  The guys were giving him advice on what cameras to purchase since they have a little bambino on the way.

He snapped a photo of me when I wasn't paying attention!  This must be my mad face???  :)

Open your eyes, Kim!  I love these two sweet girls!

What?

Meeting of the minds!

Cheers!

Ha!  Richard and Patrick's faces!

Getting some Carrie hugs!  She looks thrilled!  :)

We don't want that!

Ham delights anyone?  What are you doing, Richard?

How about some Fireball?

Oh, I know.....a candle!

How about these Jalapeno Peanuts??  See what I mean about silly!!  I'm still looking at you, Carrie!

There we go....a photo of the guys!

And a precious photo of sweet Carly and Baby Banks!  We absolutely cannot wait for his arrival.  Thank you for having us, Carly and Patrick.  We had a great time!!

Visiting with Tina and Robin

While we were in the Upstate for Thanksgiving, we stopped by my Aunt Tina and Cousin Robin's house for a visit.  It was so good to see them!!  Kamdyn made Robin and Tina a Rainbow Loom bracelet.  Karcie busied herself with a doll house that Robin decided to give to her.

Looking for something to get in to.

Kamdyn with Sweet Robin

Playing with the dollhouse.

Karcie would only give Nanny some love.  Sorry, Aunt Tina, maybe next time!

Thanksgiving Round 3!

Our 3rd and final Thanksgiving Celebration for the year was the day after Thanksgiving at Nanny and Pop Pop's.  We had an early dinner around 5 and invited some of our favorites to join us.  The girls were so happy to see Georgia and Randy!  We enjoyed spending some time with them because we are certainly VERY thankful for the two of them!  The rest of the Terry family joined us, too.  The more, the merrier!  As usual, Nanny outdid herself.  Dinner was DE-licious!

After dinner the girls played Play-Doh and Nanny let the girls make a tent out of sheets over her dining room table.  They had the BEST time!  There sure was a lot of squealing and running around in that house.  We loved it and I know that Nanny did!!

Thank you for having us, Nanny!!  We love you and are so thankful for you and Pop Pop!!  In fact, I think this was one of the best Thanksgivings that we've had in years.  We are so blessed to have so many special people in our lives!!

Georgie with her girls!

Georgia and Randy with the girls.  Karcie was trying to escape!

Yummy spicy turkey!  Yes, Betsy, our entire family still uses this recipe!  It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without it!!

I sure wish I had a plate full of this yumminess right about now.  I should have took photos without the lids!

The girls at the "kid" table!

Vera loved the rolls!

And so did Karcie!

Ruthie must have been trying to convince Karcie of something.  Good Luck with that!

Kamdyn and VeVe playing so sweetly!

Vera kept saying, "I'm making a cake!"

The Terry boys....silly as ever!

Georgia got a hold of Lucy.  She will be ruined for life, but in a good way, of course.  Lucy sat so sweetly with Georgia for a long time.  Matthew and Holly wanted to know when she was coming to Orlando!  Georgia = Godsend!

Playing peek-a-boo with Lucy!

And with Daddy!

We captured some pretty cute photos except for the photo bomber in the background!

LOVE THIS ONE!!

Poor Lucy's lip almost made it out.  :(  She was tortured with picture time all weekend!

The Terrys....I have NO IDEA why we didn't get Ruthie in this one.  Sorry, Ruthie!

The Helms'

Karcie convinced Randy to let her put on make-up.

Aunt Holly attacking the table fort!

She scared everyone away!!  Funny!

After everyone left, the girls got to open their new Christmas PJ's from Nanny!

I monogrammed them today and they are ready for Christmas Eve!  Thank you, Nanny!

Black (Solid Orange) Friday

The girls were excited to wear their orange and purple on Friday (never mind the outcome of the game).  More importantly, they were happy to wear their boots.  Karcie thinks she is something else in her boots!  She came prancing into Nanny's kitchen.  Then, they were posing like super models for me.

We had to get out of Nanny's house that morning so she could prepare dinner without being bothered  by all of us!  We spent the day at Mama Lucy's house.

Being silly!

Striking a pose!

Kamdyn was reading Dora's potty book to the two little stubborn ones who still haven't mastered potty training!

It looks like they are taking mental "notes!"  Yea, right!!

Getting some Baby Lucy loving!

Sweet little thing!

She really does have the sweetest disposition.

Karcie attacked Uncle Matthew!
