Hanging with Nanny!

Nanny has been so great about keeping our girls this year while we cheered on our Tigers to a perfect football season!!  While we were at the Wake Forest game, these two cuties were at Cleveland Park and The Greenville Zoo.  They also got to visit Toys R Us for a few surprised JUST before Christmas.  They also picked out some of their Christmas wishes while they were there.

Thank you, Nanny for all that you do for us!  We love you so much!!

Clemson vs. Wake Forest - Last Home Game of the Season

Let's just say that our tailgate fell apart week by week.  By the last home game, our normal spot was inhabited by some much more dedicated Clemson fans.  We joined forces with some of my high school friends in Lot 1.  It was such a fun day, but I sure did miss all of our space up on the hill!

Bart and Katrina surprised us at the last minute by showing up to the game.  I gave Bart my ticket and Katrina, Carly, and I went downtown instead of going into the game.

After the game was over we made our way back to the tailgate where we ended up being the last in the lot to leave!  A good time was had by all!  We certainly celebrated our 11-0 record and the last home game of 2015.  This may not happen again in our lifetime.  We are loving every minute of our football success this year!

What dedicated fans look like...even they are in a mini van!  ;)

Dale Jr.!
Matthew was able to make it for another game!

Silliness with Ellie and Anne Collins!  Richard and Shannon were dressed alike!

Fun with college friend and high school friends!

We sure do enjoy being silly!

I enjoyed the day with all of the Charleston girls!

Sweet Anne Collins and Ellie with their awesome Mommy!

My dear high school friend, Mandy!  We certainly have shared some good times and memories together over the years.  We've known each other since we were 11 years old!

We jumped up on the fire truck that was parked next to us!

Woo! Hoo!!

We met a girl from Brazil while we were downtown.

Love Katrina!!

Karcie's First Dentist Appointment

Karcie had her first official dentist appointment!  She had sat in the chair at Mr. Patrick's office before and he has looked at her teeth, but this visit was her first official one.  She was so brave and wasn't worried a bit.  She did great until they took x-rays.  She wasn't a fan!  They kept having to re-do one of the pictures because it wasn't sitting in her mouth correctly to get a good enough view.  I heard her say, "Where is Mommy?"  It made me so sad!   I tried to help her, but they politely asked me to go sit back down.  She survived and was happy that they don't have to take x-rays every time.  She got a great report and is cavity free!  Woo Hoo!  I'm so proud of your Karcie!

Later that day we picked up Bailey from school and these two had a fun day of playing both inside and outside!

It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas!

Thankfully, I decided to put our decorations up the weekend before Thanksgiving.  Had I not decided to do that we probably wouldn't have any decorations up.  People thought I was crazy for putting them up so early, but I literally did not have any other weekend to do so.  The girls had a fun time putting their ornaments on the tree.  Karcie put every single ornament on a bottom branch.  It drove me crazy, but I let go and just let her do it!

My Christmas cactus was in full bloom the weekend BEFORE Thanksgiving.  I guess we should refer to it as a Thanksgiving cactus from now on. Actually it has a mind of it's own, it's been known to bloom around July 4th before, too. I love this plant so much and pray each year that I can keep it alive.  It was my Nanny's and I've done so good to keep it here for the past 12 years.  Last year it only had two blooms and I thought it was toast.  This year, it was beautiful!!

Time at Home

Our time at home this Fall and Winter has been very minimal.  Between football, holidays, and the lake, we have literally been gone almost every weekend.  Our neighbors joke and say that we just need to live in a hotel since we are never at our house!

The time that we were at home, we spent it doing a whole lot of nothing!  We snuggled on the couch.  The girls played with neighborhood friends.  There was some bedtime antics/storytime and Richard challenged Kamdyn to a dance-off on Just Dance.  You can imagine how funny that was!  He actually won, but it wasn't a pretty sight!!  ;)

I long for January, February, and March, when we can be at our own house and perhaps hibernate and recharge our batteries.  We love our time with family and friends, but we are in need of some rest and downtime!

Making a clubhouse with Morgan!  The big girls are always so great to include Karcie!

Storytime with Daddy...

and just before Karcie snatched the book out of Richard's hand and said, "I WANT MOMMY!"

Kamdyn's School Photo

My photogenic big girl always brings home the best photos.....which is good because we have to pay for these before we ever see them.  I need a proof before I spend good money!  Luckily, my girl never disappoints.  She puts on that precious smile and the photos are always worth every penny!

We love you more than you will ever know, Kamdyn Lucy!

Karcie's School Photos

Karcie's school photos turned out cute.  I wish she was giving her real  "wrinkle nose" smile and I guess "toe pops" weren't allowed.  These will do, but I wish her little sassy personality  was showing just a big.  I can't believe my girl is in 4K.  I adore her!!
