Holiday Joy Night

My school had a "Holiday Joy Night" a few weeks ago. Kamdyn had a great time at the different craft tables, but she especially enjoyed seeing her best friend, Jacob. Santa made an appearance and Kamdyn very politely told me that she didn't want to talk to Santa or have her picture made with him. She would just wait until she saw Santa at "The Lights of the South" (which we still haven't made it to as of yet!). She wasn't ready and I didn't force the issue. I didn't need her having a breakdown while in front of all of my new coworkers.
