Sleeping Beauty!

I love watching my babies sleep!  I hardly get to catch Kamdyn sleeping anymore, but Karcie is forever falling asleep in the car.

One morning I went in to wake Karcie up and found her like this with "pinky," who is not-so-pink, curled up beside her.  It was a precious moment!!

I have found myself soaking up every precious moment with this girl here lately.  My heart is already skipping a beat with worry about her starting Kindergarten next year.  She has been my side-kick every day for the past three years.  What in the world will I do without her?  She makes me laugh and pull my hair out....sometimes in the exact same breath.  I have enjoyed being a stay-at-home Mommy to this girl.  My only regret is that I didn't get the opportunity with Kamdyn.

I love that she still has those baby cheeks!

Karcie Loves Jesus and She Loves to Sing!

Karcie fills my heart when she comes home singing the songs that she has learned at Chapel.  She loves Jesus and says the sweetest prayers every night.  I am so thankful to Apex Baptist for this Godly love that they have help put in my babies heart.

These Two!!

These two stinkers keep my hopping two days a week!  Thankfully, they have decided that they love each other more than not.  They were both decked out in Valentine's dresses, tights, and sparkle shoes one day.  Completely unplanned!  They were tickled when they saw each other.  So tickled that I had to snap a few photos!  Two little Valentine cuties that make me smile!

Karcie's Favorite Song

Thanks to Nanny's love of this song, Karcie's favorite song for a while now has been Thomas Rhett's Crash and Burn.  She thinks I can just cue it up in the car.  Sadly, I don't have a smart car yet, so I can't just pull it up on YouTube.  When it finally comes on the radio, she loses her mind singing and dancing!!  We were parked last week at dance so I was finally able to capture it on video.
She. Cracks. Me. Up.
I adore this girl!!

Carrie's 20th Jazzer-versary!!

Carrie has been teaching Jazzercise for 20 years!  So hard to believe, but she started teaching in her early 20's.  She has the Jazzercise "bug" just like me.  She loves it and always has!  We had a BIG celebration for her at our Jazzercise center.  One hour of nothing but the best dance music and routines from over the years.  It was such a great time with a class full of ladies who love Carrie and who love Jazzercise!

The after party was at a fellow Jazzercisers house.  We had a super fun time being silly and celebrating with Carrie!  I. Love. Jazzercise. Mostly, I cherish the friends that I have made along the way.  Jazzercise rocks!!

Two of my favorite instructors....Leslie and Carrie!  Leslie teaches in the mornings and is fabulous! They both are, I just rarely get to take classes with Carrie anymore.  Sad!

Julie, Carrie, and Colleen.  Two of my favorite things all in one photo.....neighborhood friends and Jazzercise.  Julie and Colleen are my neighbors and my Jazzer-friends!!

Julie works full time so she always goes to Carrie's classes in the evening!  They have become good buds!

Love me some Carrie!  Keep in mind that these are AFTER a one hour dance music work out!

Love this one, too!!  Leslie, Tami, and Colleen.  Tami is also one of my favorite morning instructors.  They keep us fit and they keep us laughing!!

A fun night for all of us!  Happy 20th, Carrie!

House of Cards

Somehow the girls saw something about building structures out of cards.  I told them that I used to do that all of the time when I spent the night with my Nanny.  My Nanny played cards with me a lot.  When we were finished I would build these elaborate card houses.  These girls really got in to it.  Actually, they got frustrated!  I don't remember it being quite as difficult, but it definitely takes a lot of patience.  Any sudden movements of air will make the entire thing collapse.  Try telling that to a four-year-old who has a hard time being still.  It was a fun memory while it lasted.  The haven't gotten the cards back out since that night!

Richard was trying to "help" Karcie!

Kamdyn finally built a small one!

Panthers Bandwagon!

Kamdyn's school was having Super Bowl team day on the Friday before the Super Bowl.  We had zero panthers gear.  I guess that would be our NFL team if we had to choose one.  Since we had nothing and we were also going to a Super Bowl party on Sunday, I made these shirts for the girls.  They turned out super cute if I do say so myself!  We jumped right on that Panther bandwagon and supported the Panthers.  Sadly, they lost.  Our track record for teams that we want to win in big games is pretty dismal.  Perhaps we should have pulled for the Broncos and then the Panthers would have won.  We had PLENTY of orange for Bronco gear that's for sure!!

My sweeties!

Shopping with my Little!

Karcie usually stays with Richard while I'm waiting for Kamdyn for 2.5 hours at dance.  On this particular day, he didn't get home from work in time.  I kept this girl occupied by going to Target and then to Food Lion because we needed a few things.  She was thrilled to push her own shopping cart.  She certainly has been to the grocery store enough with me to be a super shopper!  This photo was too cute not to share!
