Ha! Ha!!

Richard's photos go to my Google+ account.  I love finding these gems when I sit down to blog.  Apparently Karcie was "fixing" Richard's hair and she has his phone taking photos.  Hilarious!

Hmmm! Wonder how this happened?

Richard went to the lake solo and stayed the night to get the grass cut and to fish the next morning.  On Sunday after the Brad Paisley concert, he decided to tell me that when he was cutting grass at the lake that a rock flew out from the under the lawn mower and busted out my driver side window.  Say what???

Then, he proceeded to tell me that he really wanted to replace it himself so it wouldn't cost him as much money.  Surprise, surprise!  Ok, fine.  So what does that mean?  Well, I had to ride around with my car door like this WITHOUT a window for an entire day.  And it was 90 degrees outside. I STILL turned on the A/C and blared the radio when riding down the Interstate.  It was a bit comical.  Kamdyn was a tad embarrassed when I dropped her off at school that morning.  

I really didn't believe that he would have the window within a day, but he came home from work with it in his car and replaced it immediately.  I love that I have a handy husband.  He seriously can fix just about anything with the help of a good YouTube video.  My window is fixed.  The door is back on and all of the power buttons still work.  Yippee!

Wifey Humor

Y'all know that I love my husband.  But you all also know that neither of us likes to miss a good opportunity to make a funny about the other one.  So the other day, I noticed all of the medicine bottles on our counter all with RICHARD's name.  I took a photo.  (You never know when you might need it.)  Then, just last night, I looked over from my couch where I was looking like a super model (right!!) dressed in my sweats, no make-up, and hair on top of my head, and noticed these bright white socks pulled up.  They must go up to his knees.  ;)  AND, those house shoes.  I sneaked a photo just as he asked, "What are you doing?" Never-mind the fact that he is kicked back in his recliner!!

Can you say OLD MAN??  But, I sure do love him.  Right, sweetie?

This girl keeps me in stitches!  As hard-headed as she can be at times, she can still make me laugh like no other!  I love this girl and her witty, fun-loving personality!

Pre-Black Friday

I convinced this guy to go to Belk with me on Thanksgiving night.  I really didn't "need" anything, but wanted a pair of $19.99 boots.  Unfortunately, so did everyone else in Easley!  Even though I left without my boots, it was still kind of fun to be in the madness knowing that we weren't really shopping for anything in particular.  Richard was in shock....I don't think he will be doing this again.  We were only in Easley!  He has no idea!!

Barney

I am quite sure that I have said this before, but I swore before I had children that I would not allow them to be big Barney fans. Just goes to show what I knew about being a parent prior to being one.....Kamdyn has loved Barney since the day she saw him. The other night we were on our way to Georgia's for dinner when we saw Barney trying to lure families to S&S cafeteria for Kid's Night. Our dinner was going to be far better at Georgia's, but Richard insisted on wheeling the car around to get Kamdyn's picture taken with Barney on one of the busiest streets in North Augusta. I was a bit embarrassed, but Kamdyn and Richard thought it was a GREAT idea! Who was I to argue? I got out and took the photo!
