Remember I said that I was looking for fun, but FREE things to do this summer! Well, it turns out that Lowe's has fun and FREE Build and Grow workshops every other Saturday right here in North Augusta (and all other Lowe's too!). Today's workshop happened to be a Monster Truck that was constructed out of wood. Kamdyn loved every minute of it! She loves creating and making things. She was a little apprehensive about the loud hammering when we first got there, but she got over it quickly. I went along today to be the photographer and to scope things out, but I am hoping that Richard will volunteer to take Kamdyn to some of these workshops on his own in the future since he now knows what to do! (hint! hint!)

This is a great thing to do, teaching her to learn everything she can do herself! That's a long way from play dough.
Love this! Looks like fun! And maybe a "mommys morning out" is in your future!
