As soon as we took the Christmas decorations down the day after Christmas, I was ready to get started on making room for Baby #2 in our house. I know that it seems a little early, but while we both had time off from work and while I was feeling energetic, I wanted to tackle as much as possible.
First we moved Kamdyn's playroom shelves into her bedroom. Originally, I wanted to buy Kamdyn all new white furniture. She was against this and I didn't want to push my luck with this new baby stuff. So, I left well enough alone and tried not to upset her apple cart too much! She was very cooperative while we dissolved her old playroom.

We moved the rest of her playroom stuff upstairs to the Bonus Room. This turned out to be the perfect spot and just enough room for everything. The best part is that we still have space for our office and other TV room.

Lastly, we were fortunate enough to have a wonderful neighbor willing to let us use this beautiful cherry baby furniture for our nursery. It had been in Bart's garage for a while. He wantedmore space and we needed furniture. It worked out for all of us. I got busy dusting, disinfecting, and polishing the furniture so it would be ready for entry into our house. Richard and Bart brought it upstairs today! I am so pleased with it! Now all I need is a new glider rocker! (Right, Richard?)
The changing table and crib. Notice the boy green on the changing pad and the girly pink on the lamp. Which will it be?

I love this armoire!

Kamdyn wanted some time in the crib.

She asked if she could take her nap in there, but changed her mind!

We are ready for you Baby Terry!
