We missed this last year because we were at the beach, but Apex kicks off Spring and warm weather each year with this cute little festival downtown. The weather was perfect and we didn't have anything else going on. We loaded up the girls, braved the traffic, finally found a parking spot, and made our way downtown. Downtown Apex is so cute! The girls got to see several magic shows, which they loved! We had ice cream. We listened to a couple of bands play. The girls played on the bouncy castles until Karcie got hurt. Poor thing fell sideways down one of the slides and got her little arm twisted. She was DONE after that! We (I) was worried that she had really hurt her arm. Mostly I was worried because we were leaving for the beach the next morning.
We enjoyed the festivities and look forward to going back next year!
