Have I mentioned before that I do not camp??? My family was so excited to camp and sleep in a tent. How could I say no?? I did end up having a great time. The weather was perfect for camping.....warm days, cool night, and zero rain or storms. If there was ever a weekend to camp, this was it! There was even a bath house for showers and bathrooms! Otherwise, I could have never agreed to go!
Friends in our neighborhood, Eric and Courtney, invited us to the group campsite on Kerr Lake that his family has been reserving on Memorial Day for years. It was great! We boated, ate good food, had campfires at night, played volleyball, and the kids had a great time playing with each other.
