Goat Island - Boatgate/Goatgate

We were super excited to be invited to Charleston for their annual "boatgate."  Usually they take the boats out, set up TV's on an island and watch football all day.  This year, they decided to rent a house and incorporate fishing and shrimping into the weekend as well.  We were all in!!

We had to load up the boats with everything that we would need for the weekend.  No stores to be found on this Goat Island.  We did find a lot of mosquitoes though!

We laughed so much and had the best time with this group of people.  We can't wait until next year.  

Thank you, Nanny and Georgia for keeping our babies so that we could enjoy an adult weekend!

I have seriously never laughed so hard as I did the night we played this game with these crazy retractors in our mouths.  

The person wearing the retractor had to say the phrase on the screen.  Their teammates had to guess what they were saying in order to get a point.  It was HILARIOUS!!
